Sales and Restaurant Coordinator

What you'll be doing:

• Input and manage contracted groups & events
• Oversee billing for Group, Corporate and Catering
• Act as on-site contact for site tours and large group arrivals as needed
• Compile and distribute weekly event sheets to all internal departments
• Manage incoming calls and emails for group updates, changes and requests
• Manage Group Restaurant bookings
• Finalize group pick up numbers and complete post event reports as needed

Minimum Requirements:

• 2-5 Years of Hotel Experience
• Computer proficiency and experience with: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel - experience with Delphi and/or Opera a plus
• Must be able to lift 25lbs.
• May work some evenings and weekends, as needed
