Sales Manager

Lexington Hotel Group is actively seeking a Sales Manager to join our Residence Inn Columbus Downtown team. If you are enthusiastic, detail oriented and love working together to succeed, we want to talk with you!

What you'll be doing....

• Pro-actively engage within designated market to find new business opportunities and grow current accounts
• Initiate and follow up on incoming leads and referrals to maximize business opportunities to meet or exceed sales goals
• Detail and execute groups and events through departure and re-solicitation
• Work with internal and external departments to find creative solutions when needed
• With the Director of Sales, create strategies to grow occupancy and rate

Minimum Requirements...

• 2-5 Years of Hotel Sales Experience
• Computer proficiency and experience with: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
• Experience with Delphi and Opera a plus
• Must be able to lift 25lbs.
• May work some evenings and weekends, as needed
