CENTRAL SALES MANAGER, Cincinnati, OH
Lexington Hotel Group (LHG) is seeking an experienced Hotel Sales professional for the role of Central Sales Manager. The Central Sales Manager (CSM) will be responsible for overseeing all sales aspects for multiple hotels within the LHG portfolio.

- Self-Motivated and able to Multi-Task and Manage Time to meet Multiple Deadlines
- Work Collaboratively with the Hotel Team and Market Team
- Able to effectively manage a Fast-Paced Environment with multiple stakeholders
- Willing and able to Prospect Current and Prospective accounts
Job Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: 40 calls/week (Quantified and tracked through Delphi)
- Inquiries: Call ins, National Sales, Cvent, Hotel Referrals
- LNR / CNR Management / Contracts / Quarterly Reviews
- RFP Season - National Sales
- GDS Builds - LNR Rate loading through Brand
- Create and distribute Resumes & BEO Packet weekly to hotel
- Enter Rooming Lists
- Manage group pick up and Cutoff Dates
- End of Week GM Recaps
- Actuals/ pick up reports monthly
- Bi- Annual property visits - (Hotels under 4 hour radius)
- Assist in Annual Marketing plan - Yearly
- Assist in Annual Budget: Profit Plan - Yearly
- Additional Tasks as needed
